I actually haven’t seen anyone post about the official list yet…? In any case I’ll do my best to make this another great gathering for everyone!

I actually made a post on my dA a while back but I doubt anyone saw it haha;; Although I’m getting some feedback already from other places, thanks so much for reminding me!

Right now I’m leaning towards Day 2 (saturday) mostly because there is another gathering on sunday that some of us might be going to, and it seems most convenient for everyone anyways. Noon or early afternoon would definitely be the best time but we’ll see how everything goes, I’ll let everyone know once a decision is made~! And no problem, the inazuma gathering was really fun last year so i really wanted to have another one this year too. Can’t wait to see you all there!!

Also while I’m on the topic non-cosplayers are more than welcome to join!! And someone suggested we can do a mini draw party as well, so bring you sketchbooks everyone? ^q^

Oh yes thank you for asking!! I’ve been asking around the forums for a while actually but so far there hasn’t been any reply yet so I was a bit scared that people forgot about it ;; (probably should of posted on tumblr/dA too)

Anyway here’s the original coscom post for the gathering in case you guys forgot. I mentioned on the post that right now I’m thinking of having the gathering on Day 2 or Day 3 (June 30/July 1) since it’s usually when most people are at the con, but I’m aware that there are other cosplay gatherings that are happening around the same time so I’d like to avoid any major gatherings anyone else is planning on attending (which was why I needed your opinions and suggestions before everything’s decided).

As for the location, last year we had the gathering at the West Hall Lobby, and if it’s still open this year I would love to have the gathering there again! Of course I’m open to suggestions as well, and if anyone needs a map I’ll post one up along with our AA table assignments once I get them.

Any suggestions/comments about the time and location or things to do at the gathering feel free to post on the coscom thread or message me on here/twitter/dA !! I would really appreciate it Q_Q
